ENROLMENT PROCESS

• Swim 2 Me is a private members facility.
• A one off Membership Fee of $30 per Student is charged and a membership pack is provided. This fee is non-refundable and is included in the first instalment of the Student’s Lesson Fees.
• The Membership Fee is payable for the first two children in the immediate family only. For the third or
  subsequent child the Membership Fee is waived however Swim 2 Me reserves the right to require evidence be
  provided to receive the waiver.
• Enrolments are welcome anytime either in person or by providing the completed forms electronically along with
  payment of the first instalment of the Student’s Lesson Fees.
• Classes will operate all year round (except for public holidays) First Instalment of Lesson Fees
• The first instalment of Lesson Fees are payable prior to being able to book a Student into Lessons. The First Instalment will include any applicable Membership Fee and Lesson Fees for any lessons between the enrolment
  date and next payment cycle.
• At the Student’s first lesson they will receive an assessment and Students are placed in classes according to their ability, not age (Except for Baby/Toddler classes)
• All new students over the age of 4 Years receive a FREE trial with Swim 2 Me for the assessment process.

LESSON FEES / PAYMENT OPTIONS:

• Lesson Fees are issued each Calendar Month based on the number of lessons the Student is eligible for in the
  subsequent Calendar Month.
• Lesson Fees are paid monthly, Lesson Fee invoices must be paid to confirm all bookings as only paid members can attend classes. Calculation and timing of Lesson Fee Invoices
• Lesson Fee invoices are issued on the 13th day of each month:
  1. for the next Calendar Month based on the number of lessons that your child is eligible for, i.e if your
     child’s lesson day is a Tuesday and there are 5 Tuesdays in the next Calendar Month then the invoice
     will be for 5 lessons;
  2. and due for payment on the 21st day of that month and if you have elected to pay monthly by Direct
     Debit the amount will be debited from your nominated account on that day or the next business day.
• Student’s positions in a class are not held where fees are not paid by the due date unless otherwise agreed in
  advance.
• Public Holidays are free from swimming lessons and are not included in the calculation of your fees.

COSTS PER LESSONS:

Group Lessons: $22 per 30 minute lesson
Private Lessons: $67 for 30 minutes

Discounts available

• Discounts apply for immediate families with 3 or more children enrolled during the same term. The discounts are
set out below:

1. 10% for the 3rd Student’s Lesson Fees, and
2. 15% for the 4th Student’s Lesson Fees.

• Discounts also apply for Students who are enrolled in more than one (1) lesson per week:

1. 10% on the second weekly Lesson Fee; and
2. 15% on the third or subsequent weekly Lesson Fee.

• Payment of Lesson Fee Invoices can be made via:

1. Direct Debit
2. EFTPOS
3. Cash, or
4. Direct Deposit to:

• If payments are made via Direct Deposit please state child’s full name and day the Student swims as the reference.
Direct Debit Payment Option

• This option requires you to provide a completed registration form to authorise EZIDEBIT to establish the direct
debit and recurring debits from your nominated account. Please note the additional fees charged for direct debit
on the EZIDEBIT form. A deduction will be made from either your nominated bank account or credit card on the
21st day of each month (or the next business day). The direct debit amounts payable may differ each month based
on the Lesson Fee Invoice which is based on how many lessons the Student is eligible for in the next Calendar
Month (for example the Student may be eligible for either 4 or 5 lessons that month).

• You acknowledge that Swim 2 Me requires 14 days’ notice (prior to the 21s day of each month) of your intention
to cancel as the processing of the direct debits is processed through a third party.

• The direct debit will continue until a completed cancellation form is received by SWIM 2 ME.

Declined Payment

• If a direct debit payment is declined by your bank, the outstanding payment is due immediately upon arrival at
your child’s next lesson

• Should a debit fail EZIDEBIT may charge a dishonour fee as outlined in the EZIDEBIT terms and conditions. If an
automatic direct debit is returned 3 times, all direct debit privileges will be cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS

• Refunds are not given under any circumstances.
• Credits will only be issued in extenuating circumstances such as illness or injury that will affect their attendance
for more than 5 weeks. In this instance, a medical certificate must be received.
• Swim 2 Me will offer a credit valid for 12 months but this will be decided on a case by case basis and must be
applied for in writing.

MAKE UP LESSONS

• There is a limit of one (1) make-up lesson per Calendar Month for notified absences.
• Make up lessons are valid for thirty one (31) days from the date that the notified lesson was missed. Unused
lessons after this time will be forfeited.
• To be eligible for a Make Up Lesson Swim 2 Me must be notified of your child’s absence, no later than 2 hours
prior to the start of the class. If notice is not provided prior to this, OR your child does not show up for their class,
they will NOT be eligible for a Make Up lesson.
• Make-up lessons are subjected to availability, and ONLY if Swim 2 Me has been notified. Notifications can be made
either by phone, in person at the Swim Centre, or Facebook Messenger.
• For Make-Up lessons, we cannot guarantee specific teachers, days, or times. It is your responsibility to book makeup lessons in advance of their expiry.
• If a make-up lesson in missed, it cannot be rebooked.
• Make-up lessons cannot be transferred or extended beyond the ‘paid to’ date, and cannot reduce your next
months fees.
• Doctor’s certificates are advised for extended illnesses.

PHOTO / VIDEO CONSENT

• Swim 2 Me may occasionally take photos of students during lesson times or when receiving certificates. These
photos may be used on our website or on our Facebook page, and for other promotional purposes.
• If you do NOT want photos taken of your child, please be sure to notify us.

PARENT PHOTO / VIDEO FOOTAGE POLICIES

• You are permitted to capture your child on camera or video whilst at the Swim 2 Me Swim Centre, however
privacy of others must be respected. If you wish to use a camera and video at the Swim Centre it is conditional
upon the following:

1. If you capture an image of another child or individual, you must have all relevant individuals (or their parents) consent to use images
2. You do not broadcast or publish images or video footage without consent
3. If you capture a private conversation of others when using a video camera or mobile phone, please
   respect the moment and either delete the footage or obtain all relevant individual consent to retain it
4. Under no circumstances are cameras, video cameras or mobile phones to be used in the change room
   areas or the showers

• You agree to comply with any request by SWIM 2 ME staff to discontinue use of your camera, mobile phone or
video, and to delete requested images or footage, where SWIM 2 ME staff reasonably consider that you are not
respecting the privacy of others under these Terms.

SWIMMING ATTIRE

• All children who are either not fully toilet trained or under the age of 3 are required to wear a reusable swim
nappy (we provide one in your membership pack) for hygiene purposes as any faecal incidents can result in the
Swim Centre being closed.
• We prefer when parents/guardians are in the pool they wear a rash vest or long sleeve t-shirt in the water. This
assists the child to gain independence through reaching for and holding the shirt instead of the parent having to
always lift and hold the child.
• Children are not to enter the pool area or use the pool outside of their scheduled lesson times.
• Children must enter the pool area with their parents. Children must remain with their parents until they are called for their lesson.

WAITLIST POLICY

• Swim 2 Me will endeavour to provide opportunities for Students who are ready to be moved up a level, will be
placed on a waiting list until a class at your preferred day and time slot becomes available.

GENERAL TERMS

• Swim 2 Me has rules and guidelines in place to ensure a safe environment for everyone visiting the Swim Centre.
• Swim 2 Me require parents and students attending the Swim Centre to at all times follow all Swim 2 Me policies &
procedures as notified from time to time.
• Any adult accompanying Students to lessons must remain in the centre.
• Children MUST be supervised AT ALL TIMES by a responsible adult.
• Swim 2 Me takes NO responsibility for any risks to visitors to the Swim Centre or enrolled Students whilst
attending the Swim Centre.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the acceptable behaviour of their children when they are not
under the control of a Swim 2 Me instructor.

AMENDMENT TO TERMS

• Swim 2 Me reserves the right to amend these Terms by providing you reasonable advance notice, either
electronically or by displaying in the Swim Centre.
